Place an Order

To place your order, please contact us at (269) 621-2088 or email us. If you would like access to our online availability list, please request the password at sales@oldworldgardens.com.  

Wholesale Only

If you would like access to our online availability list, please request the password at sales@oldworldgardens.com. Please note that we are WHOLESALE ONLY and cannot give you access to our availability list without having record of your business tax-id number.

Customer Pick-up

Please schedule a pick up time for your order, 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to ensure your order is ready for you. To schedule, email shipping@oldworldgardens.com  or call (269) 944-7263.

Payment

We currently accept payments of check or credit card. Please note we do not accept cash payments for your order.

Order Policies and Deadlines

Delivery Orders:

Orders submitted to sales@oldworldgardens.com by 12:00 pm Monday. Delivery orders submitted after 12:00 pm on Mondays will be scheduled for delivery the following week.

No changes/additions/subtractions to orders after:

  • Monday 4:00 pm – Detroit customers
  • Tuesday 12:00 pm – IL and all other delivery locations

Notice of Delivery:

You will be provided with a delivery date notification (via e-mail) 24 hours prior to delivery. Someone must be present at time of delivery to accept your order. If no one authorized to accept the delivery will be present on your scheduled delivery date, please notify Jeremy at shipping@oldworldgardens.com as soon as possible after receiving your delivery notice.

Customer Pick-up Orders:

Orders submitted to sales@oldworldgardens.com by 3:00 pm Sunday for pick-up on Monday or Tuesday.

Orders submitted to sales@oldworldgardens.com by 12:00 pm Monday for pick-up on Wednesday-Friday.

Customer pick-up orders submitted after 12:00 pm on Mondays will be scheduled for pickup the following week.

No changes/additions/subtractions to orders after:

  • Monday 12:00 pm for Monday/Tuesday pick-ups.
  • Tuesday 12:00 pm for Wednesday-Thursday pick-ups
  • Wednesday 12:00 pm for Friday pick-ups

*Changes/additions can be made on site at the time of pick-up if desired.

Claims:

You will be provided a copy of your invoice at the time of delivery/pick-up. Please review this invoice upon delivery/pick-up and inventory every item you receive. If it does not match you must note it on the driver’s/OWG’s copy at the time of signing for your order; this is extremely important. Please do NOT accept product overages. If you count/find additional items that were not on your order or are in greater quantities than listed on your order; please immediately notify the driver.

If there are any issues (damages, etc.) please note them on the driver’s invoice copy when signing for your order. Please take clear pictures and inform your Account Manager. Any claims related to an order must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise or the claim may be disallowed. It is the receiver’s responsibility to have noted issues at the time of delivery/pick-up on the driver’s paperwork; this will be reviewed after a claim request is received and a determination on the claim will be made within 72 hours.

After you take possession of your order, please water your new plants, and give them good light. We strive to deliver healthy and pest-free plants; however, we recommend spraying down your new plants with a pesticide upon arrival. We recommend neem oil as it is an all-natural product and easy to find at any garden center/online.
